MALAYSIA'S F1 CONTRACT EXTENSION WILL BE KNOWN BY MARCH

​Sepang International Circuit (SIC) chairman, Tan Sri Mokhzani Tun Dr Mahathir told reporters that the extension of Malaysia's Formula 1 (F1) contract will be known at the latest by March 29.

​Speaking at the launching of the 2015 Petronas Malaysian GP, Mokhzani said expressed his optimism that the contract will be extended even though SIC was still in talks with Formula One Management on the matter.

The Malaysian F1 will be held from March 27-29 at the SIC near here. The ceremony saw the unveiling of the winners' trophies which were specially made by Royal Selangor Pewter.

The  Kuching Rugby Football Club  (KRFC) Blackcatz emerged victorious in the highly anticipated  Song Kheng Hai Sevens  rugby tournament, claiming the title after a decisive 26-12 victory over  Asajaya RC  in the Cup Final. Muamalat Bullets proved once again why they are one of the fiercest forces in Malaysian rugby, clinching the PULAPOL 10s title with a commanding 19-7 victory over hosts PULAPOL KL in the Cup final.
