KSDBKL BOUNCES BACK TO WIN OVER JLJ DIRAJA

MRSL: KSDBKL 31 - KOR JLJ DIRAJA 23

KSDBKL showed a positive sign on Saturday to bounce back from their loss last week by defeating JLJ DiRaja 31-23. The KL side were beaten by Keris Conlay in their previous match at the UPM ground. KSDBKL were ahead just after three minutes with a try and conversion by Aisea Druma. The Dragons were 14 points clear in the 18th minute after Tora Vatiliai Tuisabeto got another try.

JLJ DiRaja did not give up and reduce the deficit with a try in the 30th minute. And JLJ closed on before the break with penalty in the 40th minute. JLJ had a good chance early in the second half when they got a try six minute after the match resumed. JLJ DiRaja were 18-14 up when Farid Ahmad scored a penalty in the 56th minute.

However, the NICC Champions reacted brilliantly with two tries in the 64th and 67th minutes through Tora and Sakeasi. Aisea scored a penalty in the 70th minute to send them further. JLJ got a final try in the very last minute but was not enough to deny KSDBKL to claim another win.
