PERAK BAG THREE POINTS FROM PKNP

LIGA SUPER: PKNP FC 1 - PERAK 2

Perak claimed their third victory in Liga Super after defeating PKNP FC at Batu Kawan Stadium on Sunday. The Bos Gaurus recorded a 2-1 away win to move-up into the top four of the table.

Perak were quick to take control of the game. They pressured the home side early in the first half. Wander Luiz broke the duck in the 19th minute. Five minutes later, Nasir Basharudin doubled the lead for the Bos Gaurus.

PKNP came on after the break trailing the visitors with two goals. They were improved and able to stop Perak's threat. Shahrel Fikri Fauzi gave them a life line with a goal in the 81st minute. However it was not enough as Perak held on until the end of the match.

Perak moved into fourth place, while PKNP remained at ninth place in Liga Super. PKNP have only won twice this season from six matches played.
