EDWARDIAN TIGERS CLINCH PERAK RUGBY SUPER LEAGUE TITLE

Edwardian Tigers Rugby Club won the Perak Rugby Super League title after defeating last year's winner, RMR Warriors Rugby Club 36-17 in Ipoh. The Edwardians had a good start in the final as they pressured the defending champions from the start and took a convincing 19-5 advantage at half time. 

Coached by Abd Latif Ismail, Edwardian Tigers reached the final after beating Ipoh Lions Rugby Club 34-24 on February 10th. RMR Warriors defeated JKR Perak in the last four to set-up a final showdown against the Edwardians.

JKR Perak stunned Ipoh Lions Rugby Club 21-13 to claim the third place. Six best rugby teams in Perak competed in this season's Super League, which kicked-off on January 21st. The victory is Edwardian Tigers' first ever Super League title.
