SELANGOR BEAT NEIGHBOUR FOR A GOOD START IN LIGA SUPER

LIGA SUPER: KUALA LUMPUR 0 - SELANGOR 2

Selangor stunned Kuala Lumpur with a 2-0 win in Cheras on Sunday to kick off their 2018 Liga Super campaign on a high. Rufino Segovia's fired twice to give Selangor bragging rights in the Klang Valley derby. It is their 12th unbeaten run over their neighbour.

The Red Giants were very organised against the home side. Segovia gave Selangor for the advantage as he headed in a cross from Azamuddin Akil. The Spanish forward added his second of the night a fine drive in the stoppage-time. The win lifted Selangor to the top of Liga Super table together with Johor DT, Melaka United and PKNP FC.
