PDRM THRASH SABAH IN SHAH ALAM

MALAYSIA FA CUP: PDRM 3 - SABAH 0

PDRM opened their 2015 FA Cup campaign on a positive note by thrashing Sabah 3-0 at Shah Alam Stadium. The win ensures the Cops a date with Sime Darby in the next stage.

Playing on their home ground, PDRM took the advantage to dominate the first half of the match. They took the lead with good solo effort by Ali Ashfaq in the 27th minute. The Maldives striker was brilliant when he also assisted in PDRM second goal scored by Dramane Traore three minutes later. Sabah sent in El Hadji Diouf in the 42nd minute to strengthen their frontline.

However, Traore added another goal for Azman Adnan's squad when he headed into the net in the 45th minute. Sabah improved in the second half. They created more opportunities but failed to break PDRM.
