TERENGGANU, KEDAH MARCH INTO AGONG'S CUP SEMIFINALS

Terengganu booked a place in the Agong's Cup last four after defeating neighbour, Kelantan 43-26 at Kelana Jaya Stadium on Monday. The East Coast clash saw Terengganu taking control in both halves. Two tries by Aliff Sazrie lifted his team to a 22-13 lead over Kelantan before the break. Kelantan had a tougher time in the second half. Three more tries by Mohamad Norazman Ramli, Sevanaia Natuitagalua and Lawrence Petrus sealed the victory for Terengganu.

Kedah ended Sarawak's campaign with a convincing 61-12 win in another quarterfinals match. Sarawak making their first return into the competition after three years, could not stop the star-studded Kedah. After taking a massive 29-7 lead in the first forty minutes, Kedah showed no mercy after break to claim the huge victory. Mohd Fairuz Ab Rahman and Etonia Vaqa Saukuru are the heroes for Kedah, scoring 33 points between them. Kedah will face Terengganu in the last four on Thursday.
