KEDAH HAMMER PKNP IN ALOR SETAR

PIALA FA: KEDAH 6 - PKNP FC 1

Kedah is just a step away into semifinal of Malaysia FA Cup after an impressive 6-1 win over PKNP FC at Darul Aman Stadium, last night. The results gave an advantage to Tan Cheng Hoe's men for their second leg in Ipoh on 21st April 2017.  Meanwhile, PKNP FC will have a difficult task to advance into the semifinal.

PKNP FC coach, Abu Bakar Fadzim however has assured his side will not give way easily for Kedah to advance into the semifinals. He will ensure his men to be remain focus and look ahead for the return match.  Although, losing their first leg and having a slim chance for qualifying into the next stage, Abu Bakar delighted with his side's current performance to reaching the Piala FA quarterfinal. They are also third in standings of Liga Premier.

Kedah goals were scored by Fitri Omar 15th 27th, Liridon Krasniqi 46th, Ken Ilso Larsen 48th 91st  and Syafiq Ahmad 86th, while the visitors' consolation goal scored by Khairul Asyraf Ramli in the 84th minute of the match.
