STROUD, MOORE SHARE TOP SPOT AT CIMB CLASSIC

Chris Stroud shot a third-round 4-under-par 68 to move into a tie for the lead at 12-under with Ryan Moore in the CIMB Classic at KLGCC, Kuala Lumpur. Playing in his 194th career event on the PGA Tour, this is the first time that Stroud has led or shared the lead through 54 holes.

Moore started the day with 9 under opened up a three-shot lead on the back nine only to bogey four of five holes to give it right back. Both were on 12-under 204.

Stroud, who was five strokes behind overnight leader Keegan Bradley after the second round, surged into contention after five birdies on the front nine before hitting into the water on the 12th hole and carding two bogeys for a 4-under 68.

Though, the score is pretty close as both leaders are closely followed by Gary Woodland and Kiradech Aphibarnrat who are sharing T3 with 11-under.

Keegan Bradley failed to retain his great form as he carded 76 to fall back to a share of sixth place. The overnight leader shot 65 and 66 in the first two rounds
