LORENZO FLIES HIGH IN JEREZ

​​Jorge Lorenzo celebrates his 28th birthday in style after grabbing his first MotoGP win in 2015. The two time world champion powered his Yamaha to the chequered at Spanish Grand Prix in Jerez on Sunday.

The Spaniard won the race with 5.576 second ahead of world champion Marc Marquez. Despite riding with a broken finger on his left hand, Marc Marquez manage to hold current series leader Valentino Rossi for the second spot. Although the Italian Legend finished in third place, Rossi also became the first rider to achieve 200 podium mark.

The  Kuching Rugby Football Club  (KRFC) Blackcatz emerged victorious in the highly anticipated  Song Kheng Hai Sevens  rugby tournament, claiming the title after a decisive 26-12 victory over  Asajaya RC  in the Cup Final. The match, held at the Song Kheng Hai ground, showcased the skill and determination of both teams, but the  Blackcatz  proved to be the dominant force throughout the competition. The road to the finals saw KRFC demonstrate their prowess, having secured a commanding 25-0 win against  Mukah Rugby  in the semifinals. Muamalat Bullets proved once again why they are one of the fiercest forces in Malaysian rugby, clinching the PULAPOL 10s title with a commanding 19-7 victory over hosts PULAPOL KL in the Cup final.
