PERAK MAINTAIN GOOD RUN IN MALAYSIA CUP

PIALA MALAYSIA: KUALA LUMPUR 0 - PERAK 3

Three times Malaysia Cup champions, Perak continued their fine run in the campaign with an away win over Kuala Lumpur yesterday. The Bos Gaurus hammered the home side 3-0 in a Group B match at Selayang Stadium.

Kuala Lumpur managed to keep the clean sheet in the first half. However, Perak came on stronger after break and Kuala Lumpur could not hold them anymore.

Gilmar Jose Da Silva opened the scoring in the 59th minute. Leandro Dos Santos scored Perak's second goal in the 72nd minutes before Gilmar found the net again in the 83rd minute. It was a disaster in the second half for Kuala Lumpur, but Perak managed to maintain their good run in the Malaysia Cup campaign.
