KELANTAN HAMMERED KL IN AGONG'S CUP OPENER

PIALA AGONG: KELANTAN 76 - KUALA LUMPUR 0

Kelantan opened their 2016 Agong's Cup campaign with a convincing 76-0 win over Kuala Lumpur. The 2010-2012 champions took control of the match at UPM Serdang from the start, and succesfully prevented Kuala Lumpur from scoring any point last Saturday. Kelantan took a comfortable 43-0 lead after the break but they scored another 33 points in the second half.

Kuala Lumpur could not stop their aggressive opponents which led by national captain Mohd Syahir Asraf. Kelantan's import, Aisea Bici Druma scored a hattrick of tries, and Zulmajdi Kama Razali succesfully kicked six conversions to help their team claiming first win of the season. Kelantan will face Kedah in their next match while Kuala Lumpur will battle with PDRM.
