BOS GAURUS BEAT SOUTHERN TIGERS IN IPOH

LIGA SUPER: PERAK 2 - JDT 1

Perak claimed a stunning victory over Johor DT in Ipoh on saturday. The Bos Gaurus staged a great comeback to beat the star-studded JDT 2-1 in a Super League match at the Perak Stadium.

Perak moved up to fifth place in the Super League with 14 points, while the Southern Tigers missed the chance to jump to the top of the table.

JDT had a good start when Junior Eldstal found the net in the 24th minute. However, the homeside did not panic and stated to put on a great show. Muhd Nurridzuan Abu Hassan Saari made it 1-1 in the 48th minute and Perak was back in the game.

Brazilian import Charles Chad Souza scored the winner two minutes later to give Perak the inspirational win. The 2014 Super League Champions remain in fourth place with 15 points but played one game more than all other teams.
