SINGAPORE CRICKET CLUB CLINCH THE NS ROYAL SEVENS TITLE


Singapore Cricket Club (SCC) won the 2018 NS Royal Sevens after defeating NS Wanderers 14-7 in the cup final. After finishing second at the same tournament last year, the Singapore based club showed huge improvement to capture the title in Seremban, Malaysia.

NS Wanderers took their spot in the final after beating Cobra RC 35-0 in the semis, while SCC marched in after 17-5 win over Awesome RC. 16 top clubs from Singapore and Malaysia took part in the 20th edition of the NS Royal Sevens.

In the Under-16 category final, Hulu Selangor Science School (Semashur) beat Tuanku Jaafar Science School (STJ) 12-0 to clinch the title. Semashur beat King George V School (KGV) in the semifinals,  and STJ edged SYP to reach the final.
