MALAYSIA RUGBY LEAGUE IS BACK

The Malaysia Rugby League (MRL) is back and local fans will be entertained with top class rugby starting on 16th February 2019 until 24th March 2019.

Sixteen top rugby clubs in Malaysia will compete in the two divisions championship. All the matches will be played at UPM Serdang and TUDM Bellamy field on every weekends.

Keris Conlay will be the favourite again to defend the title which they have won in the last edition. For the record, Keris Conlay had won the title three times from seven final appearances. ASAS RC can be a strong challenger despite losing to Keris Conlay in the 2017 final.

UPM Serdang Angels, UiTM Lions, NS Wanderers and SSTMI Tsunami are expected to be the tough opponents in the Premier Division. They are capable to create upsets and clinch the title too.

Two times champions, Cobra Rugby Club will be playing in the Division One. They will face strong opponents like Polymas Hornets, KL Tigers, Silver Gaurus and Blackhawks.
