JOHOR TIGHTEN THE GRIP TO RETAIN THE TITLE



2014 AGONG CUP PRELIMINARY ROUND : JOHOR 43 - SELANGOR 0

Defending champions Johor have securing a place for the next level of 2014 Rugby Agong Cup after grabbing another win against Selangor with 43-0 score at UKM feild in Bangi last Saturday.



​Fresh by beating hard fought PDRM with 31-27 score at Johor Bahru last Wednesday, a tired less Johor didn't wait too long even the game is interrupted by heavy rain. Fullback Mohd Razmi Rohan was the keyman of the Johor squad after his endless effort in getting two try and two conversion plus a try from Malakar Nalawa and Jone Lagibola have put Johor in front with 31-0 score in the first half.



a dejected Selangor looks no match for the Southern Tigers after Mohd Razmi Rohan and Mohd Ehsan Manan add another try in second half to put the score 41-0 before the fullback ended the match with a conversion 5 minutes before end to gave Johor a comfortable 43-0 win.



Selangor still had a chance to qualify to the next stage but will facing an uphill task in facing PDRM next Saturday after the Cops is also eying for the spot for their upcoming match.
