SELANGOR CRUISED OVER FELDA
Selangor kicked-off their second leg Super League campaign in style after winning 2-0 over Felda United in a match at Stadium Shah Alam. The Red Giants is now at second place with just 2 points different to leader Lions XII.
Selangor were without central defender Peter Chrappan, who is down with an injury. They opened the scoring in the 50th minute through a Gurusamy flying header. Felda tried to get up with a series of attacks. They managed to find the net in the 55th minute, but Azrul Ahmad's goal was disallowed by referee for off-side.
Selangor sealed the game in the 81st minute when S. Kunanlan through-pass met Francis Forkey Doe. The Red Giants' leading scorer made no mistake to ensure another 3 points for the home side.
