LORENZO BEATS ROSSI TO WIN AGAIN IN FRANCE

​Two time Moto GP champion Jorge Lorenzo bags his second straight victory at French MotoGP race at Le Mans race track on Sunday. The Spaniard has clocked 43:44.143s with his Yamaha machine to earn the success. The win also saw Lorenzo bags the French MotoGP title for fifth time in his career. Lorenzo Italian teammate, Valentino Rossi sealed the second place despite starting the race in seventh while Andrea Dovizioso of Ducati was in third. Down in forth place was defending champion Marc Marquez while Dovizioso teammate, Andrea Ianone was in fifth. Valentino Rossi is still leading the standings with 102 points and the Italian legend is currently seeking for a 10th World MotoGP title. French Grand Prix results: 1. MALAYSIA SEALS ASIAN RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP DII TITLE

​ARC: MALAYSIA 53 - THAILAND 7 Malaysia wrapped up their Asian Rugby Championship DII campaign as the champions after thrashing Thailand 53-7 in their last match at the Kelana Jaya Stadium, Kuala Lumpur. The host nation did not face much problem to overcome their neighbour as they dominated through out the match. ​Malaysia took just five minutes to pick their first points through  Mohamad Syarif Sudin 's penalty. Four minutes later, they were 10-0 up after a try by  Amirul Sani  and conversion by Mohamad Syarif. The Malaysians showed very good discipline and determinations to take control of the match. They moved 15-0 in the 22nd minute through Amirul Sani's try, before Thailand gave the home crowd a little thrill with a try by  Kwan Chumjai  and conversion by  Warongkorn Khamkoet . UAE TAKES SECOND PLACE IN ARC DII

​ARC: UAE 16 - CHINESE TAIPEI 12   United Arab Emirates (UAE) clinched the second place in the Asian Rugby Championship (ARC) DII after beating Chinese Taipei 16-12 in Kelana Jaya, Malaysia on Saturday. However, the win did not come easily for the Emirates as the Taiwanese showed a great fighting spirit throughout the match. UAE opened the scoring with a try by Michael Botha just five minutes after the start. Chinese Taipei did not give up, they improved and compete against the physically stronger UAE. Wei-Ming Lin gave them the equalizer with a try in the 23rd minute. The try gave Chinese Taipei a good motivation to keep on going. Five minutes later the Emirates were down 5-12 from Lun-Wei Chang 's try and Yuan-Che Hsueh 's conversion. ​UAE put themselves together and started put more pressure on their opponent. FINLAND’S KASKE WINS IN STYLE AT PGM MNRB SARAWAK CHAMPIONSHIP

​Janne Kaske produced a battling seven-under-par 65 to become the first player from Finland to win on the Asian Development Tour (ADT) at the PGM MNRB Sarawak Championship on Saturday. The 29-year-old Kaske missed a two-foot par putt on the third hole for his only bogey of the day before fighting back with eight birdies to triumph by four shots with a winning total of 12-under-par 276 at the Kelab Golf Sarawak .   Overnight leader Erwan Vieilledent of France enjoyed his best result on the ADT when he returned with a 72 for second place. Malaysia's Airil Rizman fired a 71 to share tied third place on 281 alongside Japan's Masaru Takahashi (70) and Casey O'Toole (71) of the United States at the RM200,000 (US$55,400) ADT event. Kaske, who is the first non-Asian winner on the ADT so far this year, fired the low round of the week to overcome a three-shot deficit to hand him his first title this year. ​ ARC: MALAYSIA 20 - UAE 19 Malaysia staged a sterling performance against United Arab Emirates (UAE) to claim the most important win in the 2015 Asian Rugby Championship (ARC). The clash between the two nations was labelled as the deciding match of the season as UAE was ranked much higher than Malaysia before the championship starts. The Malaysians were in full of confidence after their big win over Chinese Taipei in their previous match. They took the lead in the 13th minute from a try by Atunasia Lacadamu Takubu . ​ ​ARC: CHINESE TAIPEI 29 - THAILAND 24 Chinese Taipei overcame their frustrations from the opening match with a win over Thailand in the Asian Rugby Championship at Kelana Jaya Stadium on Wednesday. The Thais who are also looking for their first win gave a good fight before losing 24-29. Thailand got off with perfect start as Warongkorn Khamkoet scored two penalties within the first ten minutes. Chinese Taipei awaken by Thailand's early charges, pushed hard to get a try in the 19th minute through Yu-Hsiang Wang . But the Thais were up again with a penalty by Warongkorn four minutes later. Chinese Taipei regrouped and got another try in the 34th minute through Lun-Wei Chang . ​​AFC CUP: JOHOR DT 3 - BALESTIER KHALSA 0 Johor Darul Takzim (JDT) progressed into the next stage of the AFC Cup competition as group winner after hammering Balestier Khalsa of Singapore 3-0 in Larkin Stadium, on Tuesday. The win put JDT at the top of group F with 15 points from 6 games as their second place, Kitchee of Hong Kong was held in a 2-2 draw against East Bengal at Mongkok Stadium on the same day.
