SOUTH KOREA BAG SECOND WIN OVER MALAYSIA IN ARC 2019

South Korea showed their determination to win their first ever Asia Rugby Championship by beating Malaysia 38-16 at the Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday. It was quite a frustrating night for the Malaysian team as they fought hard to claim their first win in the Asia Top Division in front of the home fans. After beating Malaysia in the first match in Incheon last week, the Koreans displayed strong performance to claim full points before facing the defending champions, Hong Kong . South Korea went ahead in the opening ten minutes with two tries by Sungkun Cha and Daeyoung Yang . But then, Mohd Fairuz Ab. Rahman scored a penalty before a converted try by Amirul Mukminin Amizan levelled the score 10-10.
