​Ukrainians Yuliya Beygelzimer and Olga Savchuk stormed into the BMW Malaysian Open 2015 doubles final after a convincing straight sets win over top seeds Jurak Darija and Klara Koukalova at the Royal Selangor Golf Club today.   ​The duo meets China's Wang Yafan and Liang Chen in the final tomorrow. The Chinese pair defeated Chang Kai-Chen and Zheng Saisai yesterday and mistakenly thought they had met Beygelzimer and Sachuk in the past. MALAYSIAN OPEN: DULGHERU STUNS GOERGES IN QUARTER FINALS

​Romanian World No 94 Alexandra Dulgheru continued her fine form in The BMW Malaysian Open 2015 when she overcame crowd favourite Julia Goerges of Germany in a hotly contested quarterfinal match 7-6, 7-5.   ​Goerges came into the match as the favourite, and she too enjoyed a fine run of form leading up to the quarterfinals. HARRINGTON BEAT BERGER IN PLAY-OFF TO WIN HONDA CLASSIC

​​Three times major winner Padraig Harrington beat American rookie Daniel Berger in play-off to win the Honda Classic at Palm Beach. The 43 years-old Irishman thinks he has found the mental edge he has been missing after ending a seven year wait for a title on either PGA Tour or European Tour .  Harrington sealed victory on the second hole and qualifies for the Masters after missing out in 2014. Ten years after winning the Honda Classic for his first PGA Tour victory, Harrington won it again. It was his first PGA Tour victory since he won the 2008 PGA Championship at Oakland Hills for back-to-back majors. Harrington made four straight birdies on the back nine to take the lead, but dropped back with a double bogey on the par-3 17th. But he made a 15-foot birdie putt to force a playoff. And Harrington hit to 3 feet on the 17th to win on the second playoff hole when 21-year-old Berger hit into the water and made double bogey. HKSS BEAT SCOTS COLLEGE TO WIN THE MCKK PREMIER SEVEN

​Hong Kong Sports School (HKSS) emerged as the champions after beating New Zealand's Scots College with 31-12 in the final match and bags the 2015 MCKK Premier Sevens Rugby Tournament trophy which was held at Kuala Kangsar, Perak last Sunday. ​Connor Garden-Bachop put Scots College in front through a try and conversion while HKSS put up a level through Mark Coebergh try followed by Paul Altierh Paul Altier conversion. A Malo Manuo try put Scots Collage back into the front but the results slightly change after HKSS gear up their power to win the game tremendously. Mark Coebergh of HKSS was named the best player in the final while Connor Garden-Bachop of Scots College was named the best player of the tournament. ​Sekolah Berasrama Penuh Integrasi Gombak beat SSTMI 38-24 to claim the plate while   SM Sains Hulu Selangor beat SM Sains Selangor 29-24 for Bowl. SM Taman Kosas Ampang was excelled in shield category after beating SM Sultan Yahya Petra 1 Kota Bharu with 35-26.

UITM LIONS RUN OVER ASAS RC IN RUGBY SUPER LEAGUE

​MRSL: ASAS RC 17 - UITM LIONS 49 UITM Lions beat ASAS RC with 49-17 at UPM field on Saturday to stay at the top of group A table in 2015 Malaysia Rugby Super League challenge. Anwarul Hafiz Ahmad was the hero for UITM Lions after the fly-half contributed most of the points from the match and secured UITM victory. ​ASAS RC took the lead with Syarif Nurhidayat Muzhaimey try followed by Mohd Amir Hadafi conversion in 19th minutes. Stunned with the try, UITM levelled the score with Mohd Fared Yahya try followed by Anwarul Hafiz conversion in 25th minutes. ​The action continue after Mohamad Safwan Abdullah put UITM into the lead with a try followed by Anwarul conversion in 33rd minutes. Anwarul once again played up his role and ensures UITM stretching the lead with his try and conversion six minutes later. ​MALAYSIA FA CUP: FELDA UNITED 2 - SELANGOR 2 *Selangor win penalty shootouts 4-2 Selangor had to wait until the penalty shootout to get through into the last 16 of the FA Cup . Super League leader Felda United were great fighters and not an easy opponent for the Red Giants . ​Felda took the lead through a Bojan Miladinovic 's penalty in the 47th minute and doubled their lead through Ndumba Makeche four minutes later. Ahmad Hazwan Bakri brought Selangor back into the game with a goal in the 78th minute before Guillerme De Paula completed the fight back with the equaliser 10 minutes later. ​The Red Giants were reduced to 10 men in the extra-time when Indonesian winger Andik Vermansyah was shown a red card for stamping on Firdaus Fauzi . AMY YANG BAGS HONDA LPGA THAILAND TITLE

​After losing to Lydia Ko by at the Australian Open last month, Amy Yang came back stronger to overhaul tournament leader Stacy Lewis and win the Honda LPGA Thailand in Pattaya on Sunday. The victory is her second LPGA Tour title since LPGA KEB HanaBank Championship in year 2013. The South Korean finished-off with a 3-under 69 for a two-stroke victory over American Stacy Lewis and two others.  Yang broke a tie with Lewis with a three-stroke swing on the par-4 15th. Yang made a short birdie putt on the hole, and Lewis had a double bogey after blasting a 67-yard wedge shot over the green. Yang bogeyed No. 16 and closed with two pars to finish at 15-under 273 on Siam Country Club's Pattaya Old Course . The 25-year-old Yang is projected to jump from 16th to 11th in the world ranking.
