The Red Warriors  suffered an early scare before advancing into the FA Cup final on a 6-5 aggregate despite losing 2-4 to Terengganu in the second leg semifinal at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium today. Both team were tied with aggregate 5-5 after 90 minutes, and the match was extended into 30 minutes of extra-time. It was a magical night when Arjen Robben 's 89th-minute winner took the European Champions League trophy to Munich for the fifth time after previous final disappointments in 2010 and 2012. Former Real Madrid , Manchester United and England midfielder David Beckham has announced he will retire from professional football at the end of the season. Beckham, 38, most recently enjoyed a six-month stint at French side Paris Saint-Germain , helping the club win the Ligue 1 title before deciding to step away from the game at the end of the current campaign. The right-sided midfielder earned 115 caps for England during his career - a record for an outfield player - while he also represented AC Milan and the Los Angeles Galaxy at club level. In total he won 10 domestic titles in four different countries, also claiming the Champions League in 1999 before captaining his country at two World Cup s and a European Championships.

Manchester United 's Sir Alex Ferguson announced that he will retire as the club manager at the end of the season after 26 years in charge. The 71 years old Scot, has won 38 trophies during his reign at Old Trafford and will now become a director and ambassador for the club. His achievements includes 13 league titles, two Champions League crowns, five FA Cup s and four League Cup s. Everton 's David Moyes is the bookmakers' favourite to take over, with Jose Mourinho , currently at Real Madrid , also tipped. Ferguson, is confident his successor will take over a club in good health after winning their 20th top-flight title 17 days ago. He praised the people he felt helped him build the club from a team that had not won a title for 26 years into one of the biggest in the world. Ferguson is the most successful manager in the history of the British game and famously won the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in 1999.

More than 75,000 Manchester United fans in full voice chanting "Champions! Champions!". Yes, the Red Devils had finally won their 20th title in style with the player wearing no. 20 scored a hattrick in that night. Robin Van Persie 's first-half hat trick helped Manchester United produce a performance of style and swagger, a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa that clinched the club's record 20th English league title with four matches to spare. Just after their heartbreaking FA Cup quarter-final defeat to Darul Takzim on Tuesday, the Red Giants is facing another setback following Forkey Doe latest injury. The Liberia international is expected to miss up to seven upcoming matches this season.   Selangor coach, Irfan Bakti feels that his absence will affect Selangor's challenge in the Super League and the AFC Cup . The 28 years old striker has scored 9 goals for the Red Giants this season. Doe injured his ankle in the first half of the Darul Takzim's match. Malaysia FA Cup: Selangor 1(2) - JDT 2(4) Johor Darul Takzim (JDT) is now known as the Malaysia's Come Back King after winning the FA Cup quarterfinal over Selangor last night. The Southern Tigers have done it twice in the tournament this year, they overcame Kedah in a similar way in the earlier round. JDT arrived at Stadium Shah Alam with 1-2 aggregates favouring to Selangor. And early in the second-leg match, Selangor added another goal through Mahali Jasuli . But suddenly the under-pressure JDT came back stronger into the last 45 minutes with 2 goals from their new signing, Leonel Jorge Nunez . The match was then stretched to extra-time which saw no goal scored. So, both teams had to take-up penalties to decide the winner. JDT goalkeeper turned into hero as he saved 2 penalties by Mahali and Gurusamy . JDT is now progressed to the semifinal of the FA Cup.
