VIOBA Blues beat Mobster RC 29-14 in the final to retain the Kuala Lumpur Rugby League title. The defending champions were in complete control to deny their opponent from snatching the championship away. Mobster started the final without a number of key players due to Agong Cup's preparation. VIOBA took full advantage and dominated the final to clinch the back-to-back victories. Rama-rama Conlay overcame their semifinal setbacks by winning the Plate Final .
